A Collection of U.S. Naval Hatbands
All are in good condition with each measuring approximately
36"l. x 1 1/2"w. They are the typical black ribbon with gold
embroidered letters. I will note if there is a size variation or if the
lettering is somewhat faded. All the vessel names are fully legible.
31. U.S.S. ALBATROSS. There were three naval vessels with this name.

*45. ENTERPRISE. There were numerous vessels with this name and it is my guess this hat band is from
the one launched in 1874. This is a particularly handsome band that has the name "ENTERPRISE" flanked
by two fouled anchors. The width is 1 3/16".
